J&J Recruitment are an ambitious start up, specialising in contracts and permanent placements. The brand needed to be professional, approachable and reflect the personalities of the two founding Directors.
The brief consisted of scripted text so we interpreted the j’s as two people. Reflected on one side to represent the new owners of the business, and on the other, employment being about people relationships. The & is framed inside a circular background, giving it significance and mirroring the background of the logo design which in turn creates authority.
The colour options have been narrowed to the red and black, differentiating the two sectors of the business. The red version will be the primary brand. The colour palette can be extended, offering flexibility and diversity as J & J Recruitment grow
Business cards and letterheads have been designed communicating the professional tone of their services. One to watch.
